I've had this motion sensor light for almost a year and it's already paid for itself! A man with a crowbar attempted to break into my house when my girlfriend was home alone with our child. I could see on my security cameras that once he went around to the back of our house and the motion sensor light illuminated, the man ran out of our backyard and hopped over the fence. I found his footprints in the snow and could track his exact movements that night. My girlfriend and I were very distraught at the sight of this man trying to break into our home, but I'm thankful for this product! This light is solar powered so I don't have to worry about batteries. The motion sensor works very well and it has a fairly bright LED light. Very easy to install with just two screws (and a ladder). I live in a rough neighborhood and I'm so glad I installed this light. I plan to buy two more lights and add them to my security measures. This product comes with a remote control, but I don't see the need to use it.These are great!! Really bright and stay on long enough for you to get in and out, for me to get back and for to the shed and chicken coop. Really worth the money!!I wasn't sure in getting them at first but I was wrong bought 3 and installed them on my driveway it works great when driving in at nightI was hoping this would be a good light from the reviews on-line. When I opened up the box, the housing of the light was severely scratched and the batteries were dead. The remote was falling apart and had to be snapped back together. After I charged the batteries by setting it under a light for 6 hours the red mode button remained lit, but no amount of holding or pressing the buttons would turn on the lights. I would not recommend this product.I got one of these a couple months ago and it works great I love it...very bright and it’s very easy to assemble ..i would definitely recommend itI think the extra solar panel helps. I had this for a few months and it has yet to fail.Other's, of this same nature without the extra panels fail to light.this set (both of them ) that I got will not come on after first charging all day . nothing happens no mater what i try to do. I cannot find any instructions in the box they came in or find a number to contact the company that made them . very disappointing!out of the two lights, one doesn't work. we left it in full sun and still nothing. the one that works is nice, but when you pay for two, you expect to get two working products.
