This product is very good. It holds well on most anything - surfaces and objects to be affixed, both - but shies just short of being 5 stars. If you need to keep something heavier like a surge protector / power strip, you'll need something just a bit wider to secure a strong enough hold on the heavy object in question. Just be warned, if you use something /too strong/ for the device itself, you may rip the covering off entirely, as I have unfortunately done with my capture card. Overall, excellent product for majority of objects.Somehow I always buy the wrong size but no matter after cutting I got what I wanted. It was a shame however to find that the stickiness was nowhere on the level of anything rated for outdoor use or heavy duty. Don't even try to compare the stickiness strength to something like the VHB stuff. It is what it is however and if you're looking for convenience with light duty stuff this might work.Ive tried several of these double sided tapes being sold here on Amazon.Pros: This one sticks the best. Most cost effective and it sticks and doesnt let go.ALthough not perfect i recommend these guysThis is pretty good double-sided tape but it Doesn’t work with un-smooth surfaces and did not usually adhere to surfaces but we’re not very smooth. 3M makes a foam tape that is much thicker and works better in those instances. This product is relatively easy to remove and left no residue. I can’t say if that would be the case after longer periods but it comes off cleanly if you mess up and misplace it.For now it is doing its job, fow how long we will find out soonThis tape was gotten so we could stick strip lights onto the wall. Not only could we not stick the strip lights on the wall but we could barely get the tape itself to stick on the wall. We also got some little adhesive snap on clips and those were a way better buy than this tape. I would not buy this tape again if I had the chance and I would not recommend this tape to anyone else.Tried to use this as a hue strip replacement. Did not stick to the wall at all. Useless.Awesome adhesive for a reused LED light strip! The thickness and width are absolutely perfect for LED strips. The bond to the wall is strong. Installation is a breeze.
